The sooner this team can get out of the past and into the future the better.

Then we should rid the team of thunstedt, weibes, breske, yaggie, and spier. They are all CD's. WTF did holly do to deserve this, because she was CD recruited? Bison WBB loses (even more) credibility with this bad move.

That was up to Walseth, Weibes will be a redshirt senior next season, yaggie is a "special walk-on" what ever that means. Or, hey, how about not have a recruiting class of SEVEN,... A good coach will always have a scholarship or two left in the bank. fifteen players next season, a lot of bench players not getting P.T... and Whacko parents will be all over this... look for at least two or three of these freshman recruits to transfer after their freshman or soph years.

Holly was screwed by Walseth and NDSU. No way to get around this, but many posters can't seem to post with compassion and ethics.

This will haunt WBB for a long time.

    Oh, bullshit.
Many thousands are in want of common necessaries; hundreds of thousands are in want of common comforts, sir."
Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."

NCAA limits women's basketball scholarships at 15. With Whittle graduating, that leaves us 8 currently rostered players and 7 incoming, total of 15. If Yaggie is a walk-on, that would leave a scholarship. Is Breske on scholarship? I couldn't quickly find if there was a roster limit (i.e. larger than the 15 scholarship players to allow walk-ons in excess) so I'm not sure on that.

Either way, this situation with Holly has come out/been seemingly handled poorly and hopefully it doesn't leave a new black eye on the program.

With the 7 player class next year, there does seem like there is anyway to not redshirt probably 2 of those players. It is probably a death sentence to have to recruit a 7 player class every 4 years.

Something Lynn Dorn would say. That kind of thinking is what got us here to begin with.
