I suggest a nomination of a 4 poster committee to select the consulting firm to select a committee to select 10 finalists to be voted upon in two runoff votes.
In the event of a spit vote by the initial 4 person committee, a 1 month waiting period for a vote by all of bisonville for the individual to pick the committee within a month from appointment.
These services and peoples time obviously should not be requested for free so I will prepare a grant request for the state legislature for funding to cover all projected expenses, and a guarantee to cover expenses beyond projections. My fees range from $100-400 per hour dependent on service type detailed in a separate addendum. My Estimate hours are between 10 and 300 for preparation. May take 2 months.
My fees will be retroactively billed to the taxpayers of North Dakota, I mean the requested legislative grant.
