A team-first player and leader should be expected to be transparent with the coaches IMO, regardless of how unpleasant the conversation is. Jabril has done more positive than negative for our program and it is important for us all to remember that, but the way this all unfolded is definitely looking like a negative so far.
LSU visit in the works? Cool! Good luck to Jabril!!!
Run the damn ball!! PRO FBS
As long as he hasnt committed anywhere, I remain hopeful of the small, small chance he has a change of heart.
Whaddaya mean??? There IS an "I" in "Team," see:

I certainly wish Jabril well. He gave his heart and soul to the program for four great years and graduated. Wish he was staying at NDSU for one more year, but I'm confident he'll do great things wherever he lands. He's got a solid foundation for sure.
I'm really shocked that he is not leaving early. Linebackers, other than edge guys, are more of a round 2 pick these days unless you are otherworldly in stature.
Zach Baun ran a 4.65 40, and I suspect Jabril would have blown that out of the water. Think he would have went round 2 had he gone out this year.
