Dumb comment. Neither of them had NFL measurable talent. Cox likely does.

Higher level of competition looks better on an NFL resume. NDSU just doesn't face tough enough competition. Also gives him one more year of needed development.

Why'd you guys give Adams a scholarship then?

I forgot, you don't produce actual NFL talent at QB.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Another unbelievably stupid comment. Being a great college player and being an NFL player are not mutually exclusive. Adams is doing very well in the CFL for a 5’9.5 QB without elite athleticism.

VA had a dam good season in Eugene as a senior. Got hurt for a few games, but he ended up leading the FBS in passing efficiency that year.

He clearly proved he was an FBS level player, but his measurable factor hurt him in the draft.

He has been very fun to watch here during his career. One of the best if not the best to come through the program.

It will be fun to see where he ends up. I am sure Pelini will be giving him a call.

    lmao

NDSU has one tough game a year. JMU. That's it. Kid is on to bigger and better things and then the NFL. Hopefully Lance will do it also in 2 years aftre winning another NC if he doesn't go pro. Some kids want to play against the best, not always with the best.

Now if he becomes a starter in the NFL and plays on Sunday Night Football, we get to hear, “Jabril Cox, Kansas State (or wherever he goes)”.

    Trey is next...

Time to burn all the redshirts.
    Former NDSU intramural athlete.
