Higher level of competition looks better on an NFL resume. NDSU just doesn't face tough enough competition. Also gives him one more year of needed development.

Facing one good opponent per year ain't gonna cut it Skippy. Having another year to develop with higher talent and competition earns you a lot more draft stock than being dominant on a JV squad.
