    Default 1/21 @ IPFW 6pm

Bison are on the road this week and it starts at IPFW. Tipoff is set for 6pm and can be heard on 790 KFGO or viewed on IPFW athletic site for $5.95. IPFW has been playing very solid and are tied for 1st in the conference with Omaha and have a record of 15-5 this season. Last week news broke that leading score Mo Evans is done for the season (ineligible) which will be a big blow to the dons. They were able to split on the road last week, losing to SDSU and beating Omaha. Max Landis is a very dangerous shooter and a guy the Bison cant let get comfortable. NDSU has always seemed to struggle at IPFW, would be nice to pick up a win there!

    Go Bison!

Why isn't this game on ESPN3? Is that IPFW's call? That sucks.

Need to defend the three point line against IPFW, has to be priority #1.

That would be ESPN's call, since they don't have a deal with IPFW.

I see that the Mastodons beat Omaha the other day. It would be nice to get this win to narrow the gap. Last year I watched the Bison game on their All-Access site and it wasn't the best feed but it's only $5.95. Go Bison!

Tough road game against the Mastadons, watch out for.....

    - Magic Max dancing beyond the 3 pt line - made 9 of 'em against Omaha
    - Max Landis that is - 6' 2" SR - 49% 3FG on the season
( transferred in a couple years ago from Gardner-Webb )
37 points total in 106-101 OT win at Omaha

    - Greg Konchar at 46% 3FG

    - IPFW has made 207 three-point field goals, ranking 4th in Division I.

    - IPFW is averaging 84.4 points per game through five Summit League contests (4-1), up from its 79.8 scoring average overall. Landis is averaging 23.0 points with 5.0 made three-point field goals in league games, up from his 17.4 points and 3.6 three-pointers overall. Greg Konchar (6' 5" RFR) is averaging 17.8 points and 9.8 rebounds in league games, up from his 12.7 points and 8.2 rebounds overall. Brent Calhoun (6' 9" 260 JR) is averaging 9.6 points and 5.0 rebounds in league games, up from his 5.2 points and 3.8 rebounds overall.

    - IPFW has an NCAA RPI of 64 (of 351) as of Jan. 20, ranking second among Summit League members behind South Dakota State (46), followed by Oral Roberts (89), North Dakota State (134) and Omaha (146) among the top five in The Summit League.

Looks like a good game to "weave" a bit of a slow-down.
Make the 'Dons play some D.
