Anyone who goes to Dealey Plaza, you absolutely need to go up to the 6th floor museum in the old Texas school book depository to take in the self guided tour and see the "snipers nest". After going there last year, I got hooked on JFK history and read about a dozen JFK related books in the following months. Good stuff.

Last year , as we drove past the toll booths for the expressways that the Saudis built, we were informed that we didn't have to stop to pay......that they (who ever they is/are) would bill us later......still waiting patiently.

OK city bombing memorial is worth the jaunt over. They redid the museum- interactive displays. pretty humbling. Last year my 17 yr old forgot he had a phone for a while we were there- that good.

Very somber experience and worth a stop. It is especially incredible at night.
