Avoid turnovers for Bison and better referees that make good calls.

Our lines will pound away on another team with soft lines used to only zone blocking.

Defense wins championships. Four in a row, to be exact. Soon to be five.

Jacksonville State so far against Sam Houston State (in 3 Qtrs) has recovered 3 fumbles and caught one interception. I don't know if JSU forced these, or were just opportunistic - either way, suggests something very positive about them. The score is 55-10 Jacksonville State's favor. Their QB is (I think) the 2015 2nd Team FCS All-American. They have a couple other All-Americans. They almost beat Auburn, some say they beat themselves in the last few minutes of play, otherwise they would have won.

I think JSU will be the toughest opponent the Bison face this year. UNI was very good and might be the 2nd or 3rd best team in FCS right now, despite their slow start to find themselves (a starting QB and their best RB) and get their defense going. If UNI and JSU played, it might be interesting.

NDSU is a GREAT football team right now. I suspect Jacksonville State is too and that the championship game will be a tough test for the Bison. They better be ready to bring it, or the Bison may have their head handed to them.

We would have embarrassed SHSU just as badly. Almost beating a terrible Auburn team isn't a feather in their hat either.

Much like Richmond and the other "southern speed" teams they are going to get beaten up. They will give up by the third quarter.

Bison defense playing at a high level right now and going against another high powered offense in #1 Jax State. I am looking forward to this game. Drive for Five is alive. Go Bison!
