I think its that it's a complete program.
as year around as they can get
no skipped meals, or meals not covered
1 or 2 years to work with them before most of them see the field
sport specific training. Not just t-shirt muscles
It's most likely in the details.

Agree. I think it starts with the fact he get the best players in FCS. It's hard to know if we have the best coaches, but we have some of the top coaches.

All that aside if we traded Coach Kramer for SDSU's S&C coach how much different would the results you see on the field be?

From everything I hear, he is a premiere s&c coach at this level, and luckily local ties/personal preferences have kept him here. Just look at the following to see the importance of the right s&c coach.

When Bohl left, I think we kept the two most important members of his staff (Klieman anf Kramer). I think that's a factor in our continued success, and Bohl's early struggles.
