    More or less crazy than Shirvani trying to duplicate California Higher Ed (a state with 50x the people and 100x the students of North Dakota)?


    What's unfortunate is that ND will never be able to hire a someone with real experience or expertise in higher education as Chancellor because anyone with it will run like hell.
