It is really odd how DeLuca has been flying under the radar in North Dakota compared to past Bison LBers. Well-earned recognition.

Not sure how he's pulled it off as he's one of the largest LB's to ever come through NDSU at MLB and one of the most talented. Still remember watching his HS tape when he verbally committed and he instantaneously became my favorite player to watch grow. Not sure how we landed him. One of those guys that does his job so well you just expect him to do it at a high level and nothing really stands out. He'll get his chance at Sunday's.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.

I thought for sure an FBS team would come in with a late offer.

Even Deluca has had guys slipping tackles the last couple games. It seems to be a defense wide issue. His numbers aren't wowish but he is an impact player and cog of this defense so his selection is not too surprising. Best of all, he still has a full season remaining in green and yellow.

Looks like NDSU missed several honors. You would think UNI finished on top of the conference. No respect this year by the MVFC and the NCAA. Time to kick some ass in the playoffs.

Potrich got the mvfc offensive player of the year.

You don't need awards to kick ass.

There's only one award these guys want....and that's the Natty Trophy.
