Truth be told...I'm a little excited to see the new helmet. I don't see the administration just throwing money away for this...so I'm guessing it was a private donation...which is pretty cool. I'm hopeful it is awesome and has a great response from the fans.

I am more concerned about the quality of play on the field, but it doesn't mean I can't/won't enjoy this "opportunity". Why can't this just be fun?

I'd guess the 'special helmet' crowd is bigger than you think. (I would LOVE an alt helmet)

All of those are Fugly. Sorry, if the Bison ever change to something like the above I would be ashamed. Time to end this stupid thread. Plenty of real topics to talk about since the Bison offense is averaging about 7 to 10 points in the second half of all games this season. And the defense is giving up 1 or 2 big scoring plays every game.
