    I don't think the sweater vest made the wrong call for going for it, I think he made the wrong play call.

    Correct. I was just stating that I had never seen that called, let alone seeing three instances of various degrees in a single game.

    I think he had every right and can defend the decision to go for it but that play call.. It seems like it was a short yard too (less than a yard). Don't know why you wouldn't just stack up the line and ram your way to 1st down.

    Stig needs a handler like that FBS coach. (don't remember which one) The guy knows he goes out too far on the field when he gets excited, so he's got a student assistant who's only job during the game is to stand behind the coach and pull him back when he moves out too far. Funny, but effective.

    I think both Snyder (KSU) and Rhoads (ISU) had mini-mes following them. Must be a Big 12 thing.
