It was a shitty throw though...

Shepherd literally had to try and stop on a dime and turn the other way to catch the ball. His feet slipped out from under him in doing so and made the catch very difficult. He could have still made the catch, but he didn’t exactly Agholor it. Now the punt retun is a different story. That was 100% Shep.

Didn't see it live and from the replays trying to figure if Rodgers was trying to throw it there expecting Shep to sit down in the coverage at that spot. I can't see why though, just looks like he threw it behind him. Bad look for Shep combined with the muffed punt. Hoping for the best for Shep.

Aaron Rodgers taking blame for the pass that hit Darrius Shepherd in the face before Lions intercepted it at the goal line. Said he still would’ve liked to have it, but that he threw it a little behind Shepherd.

I turned on the game during the final drive, after that last call I turned it off again. Unwatchable.

Did you watch the Dallas game? Their "almost game-tying drive" had SIX STRAIGHT penalties.

Nope. Last year I probably would have. But I'm losing interest fast in the NFL. The silly celebrations started it and pass interference reviews were probably the last straw. I still watch the Vikings, but that's about it.

That’s probably a good sign for Shep. Rodgers still wants him on the team.

So sick to watch Detroit suffer that lost, just got hosed.

Very close to watching a cryboy game, but Brady is still the worst, can’t touch that guy!

College ball is so much better,

Does Shep need to make that catch? Yes.

Did he get a bit unlucky slipping on the turf adjusting to the throw? Yes.

Those are not mutually exclusive statements.

Apparently, there is a mindset in the players that, if I'm called for a PI, there's no way the ref's will flag the next play; certainly not for PI. Wrong! Of the 4 or 5 PI's during that final drive, only one I thought was questionable.
