What administration approval? I am pretty sure the school's administration is not sending someone over to band practice to approve marching band routines. I am sure they have been told not to do something like this again and if it continues there will be disciplinary action. School admins aren't going to get into the game of approving anything, they will discipline and eventually remove the marching band from halftime entertainment. In the meantime, the marching band will lose directors.

It's supposed to be the Star Trek Enterprise and the Jayhawk. I've never seen a dick shaped like a space ship. Although the intent is clearly to look like a set of cock and balls exploding a bird, which seems to symbolize Kansas sucks dick. I like it.
