Wentz needs the time to heal and get ready for Missouri Valley play IMHO. When Wentz can't run that is when NDSU has lost the last two games.

As helpful as his running ability is, I think the bigger problem is that when Wentz has been dinged up he couldn't pass the ball worth beans. If he kept the pass game dangerous teams would have had to respect our running game with or without him. If a QB can't throw the ball well (don't care who it is). They shouldn't be in the game

Very true that both his running and passing ability are not there when he has been dinged up. We need a healthy QB who ever it is.

Really proves how important the foot work and legs play into the QB position. When you can't plant properly and push off you are quite limited.

Honestly, I'm really stoked up about this and that is no knock on Carson. I hope Carson heals up and captains us on another playoff run. But Easton is the man for the next three years after Carson and I have really been desirous of seeing him in actual game action, so here is our sneak preview
