His career stats show only 2 carries in 8 games played.

One was for +13 and the other for -2 (likely a sack).

12/15 passing for 144 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The bulk of his action was against Nevada last season. (8 of 9 passing and 2 TDs). This is also the game where his only 2 rushing attempts were recorded.

He was 1 for 1 for a minus 3 yards vs Montana.

He was classified as a “pro style”, but he has shown allusiveness (similar to Herbert). The -2 attempt was in “victory formation.” Our spring game will be on national television (PAC-12 network, so sort of national television), so you will get to see him in action.

Highlights from the Spring game, Shough is QB of the Yellow team. 18/31 178 yards and that int you see on the last play of the game.

Article follow-up on things learned at the game: #1 Tyler Shough is the real deal. First time in years that the Ducks feel confident about the #2 QB.

Certainly appears to be a stud QB.
Tall, fleet of foot, can really spin it, and is very elusive.

I could see Espn2. Maybe Fox or ESPN. More than likely FS1. I dont see them religating it to Pac12N. Heres some games we'll contend against.

    Mich at Washington
    Bama vs USC
    Ole Miss vs Baylor
    TCU at Cal
    FSU at West Virginia
    USF at Texas

There's an opportunity here to get a pretty good channel and slot.

I’m guessing we don’t get Pac12 network in Fargo.

I’m curious why you think this way, I don’t think Iowa is even close to Oregon as a program for the last 20 years. Granted I don’t follow Iowa football and rarely see them on TV so I did some research.
Iowa’s been ranked at the end of the season 8 times since 2000. They ranked highest at 7th, 3 times at 8th, 9th, 15th, 20th and 25th.
    Oregon’s been ranked 13 times over that same time. The highest being 2nd (3 times), 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 19th and 23rd.
Oregon’s been ranked in the top 10 more times than Iowa’s been _ranked_ over that period. Iowa’s 9-8 in their 17 Bowl appearances over that time with no BCS NC or Playoff appearances. Oregon’s 10-9 in their 19 Bowls over that time with one BCS NC appearance (lost to Auburn.), and one CFB appearance (1–1, beat defending NC FSU, lost to tOSU in the final). There’s also a very solid argument that Oregon should have played Miami in ‘01 instead of Nebraska. Nebraska who were blown out in the B12 championship game by Colorado. Colorado was then thrashed in the Fiesta Bowl by Oregon, who ended the season #2.
