I lived in John Day Oregon for a year out in the high desert. . Traveled the whole state while I was there. A lot of history and different scenery. Hunting and fishing was great. Bend was a fun place and I spent a lot of time there when I was off work. A lot of gold mining and logging happens there also. Cattle drives down main street was a change. Pretty cool state as a whole. But I wouldnt go back to live.
