I noticed our duck guest dodged answering the question. stevdock is correct. The answer is as simple as solving the Kobayashi Maru test.

Beating Oregon would be the biggest win in North Dakota's history...provided Oregon ends up being a good team.

Sagarin has NDSU favored over Drake by 46 points on a neutral field. OSU and LSU are "only" favored by 26 points over NDSU.

Those aren’t the same thing. It takes significantly more horse power to go from 200-220 mph than it does to go from 0-200.
