I think he's referring the man that is larger than Tatanka that didn't motion NOSIB with his hand.They played the guys audio over some K-State fans video, cut out to another shot, then cut back to the guy that was saying "Let's Go Bison!" with the correct audio with the video. I noticed this same guy had front row seats in Frisco as well, across the field from me.
