Stick has to take that step to #2.....has to get there this year to keep his career going.

He’s shown massive potential ever preseason. It’s why they carried 3 qb’s even before the roster set up made it painless to do. Easton would never clear waivers.

Ellefson doing a nice job with blocking so far. No targets yet.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Don't necessarily disagree, however, to have a long career, he needs to make it to the back up position. Certainly could take a waiver situation after injuries, but it was be awesome if he could just jump Daniels to #2. I remember we talked about it earlier in the off season, but if memory serves, this is the final year of Easton's contract. Daniel's contract would be a 1.2 million dead hit if they don't keep him, so you think has has to be sticking around. Now, would the Charger's finally make Easton #2 in that situation? Maybe, as from what I've read, the Charger's love Daniel's mentorship of Herbert, and probably Easton too. But, if he sticks, he is at a 2.2 mil salary and I have to think that is your backup. I think we are in the exactly the same position as last year....would it be best for Easton if cut? That very well may be the case.

Haeg played RT with 2nd team for little over a quarter. He played great won or a push on every rep. Didn't see a single bad rep out of him.

I agree. That is how I saw Haeg perform.
