    Lets not make them feel poor, they get at least 9k a week. More than 2 years on the practice squad, and they get 252k for a season.

    16-17 weeks in a normal season. Taxes, agent fees. Not as much money as you think. Plus many players arent on the squad all year. Im sure they appreciate

    I realize this and did so for much of my career by living and working in separate states or when relocating. When one is on expense paid/reimbursed two day business trips, income taxes are not paid to every state that one travels through or to simply because they were on the clock, so to speak. Athletes are treated differently in that regard. Regardless, there would be no mistake that a tax professional and professional financial advisor is needed in their lives.

    No. Very rare is there targeting in the nfl and this one wasn’t like a crown of the helmit but if I remember correctly. Seemed like not that vicious of a blow just a bad outcome for Jones.
