    Both Mike Glennon (Jags) and Ryan Finley (Bengals) are #2's for bad teams too. I'm one of the few Bengal fans out there, and man Finley was awful last year. Just so little arm strength for an NFL QB and limited mobility too.

    Wilson is a debated one for NC State. He spent the most time there, but much like Jabril, used a graduate transfer to finish at a more high profile school. I consider Wilson an NC State product, but he finished up at Wisconsin.
