Won't happen...He'll get picked up by someone else on waivers and make a 53-man roster, which he has to stay on.

Lechler isn't mentioned as being under consideration in Cincy
It looks like Marcus Williams will be a cap casualty for a team in serious rebuildling mode (unless they trade him)

And of course Wentz, Emanuel, and Humber are locks for their respective rosters.

Is Billy Turner still in camp with Denver?

Yes but he's a bubble player at present.

His hometown team could use him, that's for sure.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He played RG, LG, RT and then back to RG last night for three quarters. Like he has all preseason, he was solid. His block at RT is what got Stevan Ridley sprung for a huge gain and near TD.

I can't see the Broncos letting Billy go while keeping other linesman (Schoefield, Sambrillo).

Forgot about him. Looks like they project him to make the final 53 as the 8th of 9 lineman: http://www.espn.com/blog/denver-bron...-impact-roster

They mention that they could only keep 8 lineman if they decide to go with a 3rd QB but at least in that guy's opinion Billy would still be safe if that was the case.

He was burned in some preseason games, but we don't really know what the scheme was on those plays or what his assignments were. We also don't know what has been happening behind the scenes in practice. Preseason games mean far less than the actual training camps and practices. That being said, Crockett is definitely not making the Oakland roster. It is telling when you play almost the entire 4th game of the preseason. It's a bummer, because I love his personality.
McManus knows his stuff. He's not projecting this from afar. He's watched practice all preseason as well during the open part of practices. He does state that CJ has a chance to make the roster but undrafted guys need to show more than drafted guys do. GMs just don't seem to like to admit they made mistakes during the draft.

Billy should be fine. Sambrillo just got shipped to Atlanta for a 5th round pick.
