Ok, so I admit I threw away the renewal form, I did renew my seats, but I swear they had instructions to look at moving seats ect...yet I go online to my account and nothing

Any insight..as to where to find this ghost page if its true

I have the form right here. It just states this will be available, and instructions will be emailed in May. This was just an announcement, but not the instructions.
