The Turf's been way ahead of this the whole time. Main level is retail, the 2nd level has an apartment.

Does anybody know what the story is on the lone hold out? I presume it's now a chess match, but this needs to get done either way.

There was an article in the paper several months ago about the hold out. He thinks his house is worth more than they are offering is the basic story.

It will be worth less than they are offering once the block has been built around him. Then nobody wants to buy that 1 house and the land is worth parking space.

That's going to be a good looking project. I've always thought the houses on the east side of university looked completely out of place. This looks awesome and serves a need.

As far as the one guy... They will just build around him. In a few years he won't be able to give his house away. The offer is pretty darn good but it's a free country

exactly design it so that area can be turned into a parking area if needed and give him a best and final with decreasing prices up until a certain time. Or he can keep it and live in it and sell it for a bunch less down the road, his choice.

Great investment strategy. He should get in the stock market, sell low buy high!
