Bahamas trip
The men's basketball team is taking a trip to the Bahamas Aug 10-15. They will play three exhibition games on Aug 12, 13 and 14. The press release did not say who the opponents will be.
The first of ten practices allowed prior to the trip was held today.

Who are they playing?
I heard that last year Kentucky paid for all three of their opponents travel and lodging for this thing. It can't be them again though. I think the NCAA limits you to one of these junkets every 4 years.

You do not play other college teams. Typically they play national teams from the country they are visiting.
The most important part of this trip is the 10 practices they get before the trip. Good for a program that's got to integrate a couple of newcomers into their rotation as well find a replacement(s) for LA

It is hard to believe that NDSU mens BB can surprise any team anymore but this team this year will. Everyone always thinks we are down for the count. The players returning and the incoming kids will be great. We will be dancing again. Book your hotel rooms for Des Moines or St. Louis.
