    Default NDSU makes another list

NDSU makes another list, but not necessarily a good one.

Bad news: NDSU has the most expensive tuition in North Dakota.
Good news: If you make a list of each state's college with the most expensive tuition, NDSU is #2 most affordable.

I'm sure the local talking heads will be sure to ask the logical question of "WHY".

Tuition and engineering fees alone in 2002 was just under $4000 per year... crazy how much tuition has gone up.

I thought that was way too high, until I saw it was out-of-state tuition...

Tuition/Room/Board for me at Jamestown College from 2002-2006 was around 11ish thousand a year (before scholarships)....it is now $26,730 per year at "The U". I wouldn't be able to afford to go there now.....

So A college education is only $16,000.00?

Well it took me 5 years (4.5 of classes and one semester/summer on co-op) plus the first year had room and board. With some scholarships my loans were well under $20,000 upon graduation. Throw in the STEM loan repayment program and my education at NDSU was a pretty good deal.
