Has he not basically been retired for the last 7 years??????? Who knew you could get that much run on "Out of the office and unavailable for comment", someone must have finally figured out that he was not there at all anyway. You have to give him props though he did extend the run a extra year by telling them he was on a sabbatical, studying the ever so important "tenure". He has to be just sitting there laughing "These dumb-asses fell for it"!!!!!

Well, in President Kelley's defense, it was President Kupchella who was never available for comment. Kelley was usually around.
