You still can not sell it illegally and also the Federal Govt has not legalized it either. I don't care what State have legalized it, it is still illegal in the Federal Gov't eyes.

Arrested for selling 10-30 grams= Class "4" felony= one year mandatory minimum sentence/maximum 3 years plus 25K fine.
The charges can always be reduced, especially if he cooperates---ie., discloses his supplier.

Newspaper article says that he was arrested for "unlawful delivery of marijuana" and the penalty is probation to three years. I don't know if that is a difference charge than selling.
