Yeah that lineup is definitely not up to the 2nd tourney we played in last year with UTEP, Kent State & Alcorn State. Hopefully we get another a shot at a couple top 25 schools early on again through something like the 2K Classic last year and the Gotham Classic the year before. University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Had to look that one up. According to Wikipedia, it is a new university that combines UT-Brownsville and UT-Pan American.

The Bison will play 3 games at the World Vision Classic in Logan, Utah, on Dec. 21-23: Idaho State, Texas Rio Grande Valley, and Utah State.

Void of high majors was my thought too, not good. Hopefully we can get two highs for next year.
If I was the AD, I'd pull out all stops to setup a 2:1 with WI, MN or NE as a highlight game to open the SHAC. Need to bring in a big name to christen the arena in the fall of 2016.
