    I don't think we have a facility capable of hosting it, probably something to think about if we want to take our program to the next level. We would have gone to NC State.

    Super regionals are best of three series between two teams that won their respective regionals. The pairing was decided when the brackets were made. Whoever won Oregon's bracket was playing whoever won JMU's bracket. Not sure how home field is determined.

    I do tend to agree that facilities would have been a limiting factor but you never know... Just saying you can't immediately dismiss it.

    From what I gather it is somewhat similar to the FCS playoffs.

    The highest seeded team hosts, if both are unseeded it goes to bids and I also think the facility plays a role in the decision as well since the games are on TV.

    Yeah I know same as baseball, just don't think we get it, but could be wrong. Is JMU the only top 16 not to advance?

    Notre Dame #16. Kentucky advanced in that Regional.
