JC got a lot of TV time last night, every time Collins came off the field John was right there in his street clothes, yappin in his ear.
Time for JC to stop yapping and start performing

My boss hates it when I shorten his name to Dick, mainly because his name is Steven.
Sadly, I think he missed the train last year when the Packers were decimated by injury at RB. Had he not got injured in preseason he would've had a chance to be their feature back by midseason. He's gotta be 25-26 by now which means for an RB his time being on a practice squad is about over.... don't see it happening for John anymore at this point.
Practice squad members still make some good money compared to most people in life. Hopefully he made enough to pay off any school debts and when his NFL days are done for sure (if he does not make it to the big show for good), he starts life (after football) with a clean slate, some cool stories to tell, and a head start on life that few people ever have had. Not a bad spot to be in.
From the movie THE PROGRAM
Regent Chairman: This is not a football vocational school. It's an institute for higher learning.
Coach Winters: Yeah, but when was the last time 80,000 people showed up to watch a kid do a damn chemistry experiment? Why don't you stick the bow-tie up your ass?
min practice squad salary is $7,200 a week
