I hope so, but UW-M is close to home and a chance to play there is pretty big for an instate kid that thinks the world on the Badgers

Yep, understood. His dad and my former roommate was able to play well enough here out of a veer offense to get drafted. Running our pro style now opens even more of a chance IMO. So, if NFL is his goal, I think he has an equal or better chance here as opposed to Wisky, where deference will be given early to Scholly kids. Plus the $$ thing is in play. I know Doug is involved in the decision a bit, so that helps too.

Wisconsin has 25 NFLers to our seven, including the best offensive lineman and the best defensive lineman in the world. The DL (Watt) was a walk-on. They have three tight ends in the NFL right now and it's likely that Tanner McEvoy will be drafted late as a TE, making four. Their top 2016 draft prospect, OLB Joe Schobert, was a walk-on. I hope that Lloyd ends up a Bison but Wisconsin is the top NFL factory in the upper midwest.
Now this is the law of the prairie
As old and as true as the sky
And the Bison that keep it will prosper
And the Bison that break it will die
As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk
This law is the final word:
For the strength of the Herd is the Bison
And the strength of the Bison is the Herd.
