Yep, he was the leading candidate to succeed Babbich but he withdrew after the interview. We then went with Bohl over Gus Bradley.

Actually Wayne Grubb was the coach at North Alabama then.(I am guessing you are thinking of Bobby Wallace. Same kind of guy as Allen and coached there awhile.) Terry Allen played at Norhern Iowa and coached there for a long time. That is where Klieman met him. I believe he is kind of his mentor.

I believe they have talked with the WR, but the QB is going to Mizzo to play baseball.

Here is a good read on Dalton Feeney and verbaling to Missouri baseball from Sept.
He did suffer an elbow injury last summer in Legion Baseball.
