If he called the plays in the last 20 seconds of the game against Michigan than there is no way he should be named the HC.

That is not what he said but way to blow it out of proportion. You must work for The Forum... He basically said they need to name a HC soon, no matter who it is. Obviously, he wants the job and has stated so, but in order to keep the recruits they have, schedule player visits and out of town coaches visits, it'd be a lot easier to have a HC named ASAP. The interim AD has a lot on his plate right now. Go with an unproven HC and hope the recruits stick and program continues on it's trend, or bring in a new name. Some big decisions to be made and probably a lot quicker than anyone would really like to in that position.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.

Definitely a leg up for other programs until they name someone.

Of course trying to keep the recruits calm is correct, but he also talked about interviewing elsewhere.....

Maybe there's another TE coach with associate recruiting experience we can recommend. Amazing that guy sold himself into that position with zero head coaching, coordinator, or even head recruiting experience.

Really wanted this kid at NDSU. Reminds me a lot of DeLuca and not just because they are from the same high school.

This one hurts. Really wanted him. Can't be to many spots left on the defensive side of the ball. Would really like to see us go after a couple of the MHD kids.
