Looks like the Whioux drew about 541k for their title game in '16. I like taking a dump on UN_.

2.7 million NDSU vs JMU FCS Championship

Is there any way to estimate viewership if the game would have been at a different start time? 1pm, 3pm. 4pm, prime time?

more. hell, think of the west coast, they weren't watching at 9am.

1-4pm even helps at least a million more people i'd say (keep in mind, this doesnt count bars & people's parties watching the game or watching on ESPN + etc)

This is literally our 8th time in the championship game Chapo. Disney puts the game at 11a because it doesn’t conflict with the NFL games for which they don’t have rights. Viewership goes way down if we conflict with NFL.

Anything later than noon CT would've seen a dip because it would've been going up against NFL playoffs for part of it not all of it if they started at 3pm or later.

I don't think 11AM CT is a bad time for TV. It's bad for those of us going to the game but not necessarily for those watching.

Just eyeballing the numbers, 2019 appears to be the top year for viewership ever.
