Confirmed. You should see the charges for postage, shipping, but not handling in your account page on GoBison. Handling charges are extra and must be paid in cash day of game.

I got in... but it was strange. Google searched, and didn't pick the goBison site, rather that 3rd one down: Official Site for all ND State Bison etc... clicked on it, & it went to the home pg that included my account.
Got to my account, & refreshed it to be sure it was todays... and I was there.
(Didn't see any pts added for being a member of a cheer team.)
