One thing I'm totally confused is the numbers. We have something like 2400 TM members, but have 12,000 season ticket holders. Deduct the few bottom feeders who don't pay any TM fee, but it still seems like there are way too many unaccounted numbers here. Don't most season tickets now have a TM fee? Plus you have a lot of people who support TM without tickets. What am I not seeing here?

Most TMers with season tickets have more than one ticket on their account.
12000/2400 = 5 tickets per account on average
Seems in the ballpark.
