Wonder what kind of impact I would have attending the Summit Tourney as some here believe my predictions of defeat bring good luck. Regardless, I wouldn't be around long since some die hard Bison basketball fans would probably lynch me. LOL

Cripes SD. A mob couldn't even lift you much less carry you. And then, they would have to listen to you beguiling them for their collective lack of athleticism and ability to get the job done. Besides, they would rather join you for the Jag Bombs.

I'm staying at the MGM Grand this week for a conference. I didn't get a good look at it but I swear the line had NDSU favored over ORU for tonight's game. That can't be right can it? And would it make me an evil person if put money on ORU? I love our team I just don't think this year is our year.

Actually, I'm not sure what happens but I'm guessing it's not good. Do they same rules apply if I have my wife, who is not an NDSU grad, make the bet for me?

NDSU was only -2.5 vs Den

Current line is -3 vs ORU today.

Making someone else do this. Bad karma. It's worse.

Sagarin-type analysis of conference play favors NDSU by 2.5. 60% chance to win.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

    Why even play the game!
Many thousands are in want of common necessaries; hundreds of thousands are in want of common comforts, sir."
Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."
