Default what's our next project going to be?

I did a thread like this a few years ago and we've since started construction on the SHAC, fixes the Dacotah Field bleachers, and the sports bubble is up and running, giving us a ton of space.

Please don't include discussion on the dome as plans are in place for new HD video boards, new concourse TVs, and possibly an addition Including a small number of seat upgrades.

What's next? Some of the talk a few years ago was around...

    New Softball Field
    Indoor Practice Field.
Upgrades to the outdoor practice fields

What about upgrades to what we have already?
Lockerrooms? video boards for the indoor track?

The competition is making strides so we need to keep making improvements. SDSU has a new Indoor Practice Facility and major stadium uogrades, UN_ is doing an IPF, USD is doing a major remodel of the Dakota Dump, Illinois State did a nice upgrade. Missouri State did as well. Youngstown already had an awesome IPF and got themselves a big name coach. Outside of Indiana State, the facilities across the MVFC and the Summit are really improving.

    So what's the next project(s)?

The people using these wouldn't need the exercise since Gabe hates the fatties and they wouldn't be allowed into any NDSU events.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Especially with HS softball starting to take off in smaller schools in ND. I think a lot of people would get on board watching a few games probably not ever make it a revenue generating but enough to get it bit closer to self sustaining.

I think so. If there was actually a decent structure with chair back seating, a net instead of a big metal fence to obstruct your view, decent restooms, and a few vendors people may actually go.

To me it's all about impressions. Recruits can't be excited about playing there. Fans can't get excited about watching. Even recruits of other sports see it and get the vibe we are small time and don't give a shit about softball. Not to mention the rest of the league who comes here for the Summit League tournament. We gotta show some pride in our facilities
