It was nice to see John's mom.
And John really is a breath of fresh air. The other guys are interesting- it must stink to be injured and not be able to show your stuff. I did think it was interesting that they mentioned how many games john had played.

John's a great kid and I know that everyone wishes him all of the success in the world. As an aside, I have a 31 year old son who is developmentally delayed and on several occasions John was extremely kind and went out of his way to give him autographs and take pictures with him. John will always have a special place in my heart.

They sure do spend a lot of time on guys who cant compete at the combine. It they show that one kids toe one more freaking time I will cut it off for him.

If you were the average football fan watching the show, how could you not be rooting for a guy like Crockett. The other guys range from first overall pick to mostly all first round picks. Sorry, but the drama of being the first running back taken or if a toe injury will bump you to the second round just doesn't create any suspense. Now, an FCS kid who is trying to show the NFL that he has what it takes to make it to the next level, and showing him working his ass off to do so, all while showing his infectious personality; that's the guy I want to watch. Now, obviouly I am biased; but I think I would feel the same way of any FCS guy on the show.

I agree. He's the only true underdog on the program. Winston's going to be the first QB picked. Gordon and Gurley will be the top 2 rb's pick. Ray will go high, turf toe or not. And that kid from OSU is a big play receiver that will go high. I know they try to play up the injuries and stuff to create drama on where they are going but all those guys are getting picked, no doubt. John's got the best story line of all of them.

I finally saw the last episode of Draft Academy. The end when they were on John was heartbreaking. I obviously knew what happened but to watch him go through that was hard.

It was crazy to see all the activity that happened with teams blowing up his phone. That Raiders guy sounded like he almost had him.

Considering John is getting a chance with Green Bay might be the best thing that happened to him by not getting drafted. I am sure he was disappointed not hearing his name but things are still there for him. I have all the faith in the world that John will end up on Packers team. Great guy, Great Story, Great Running Back and a Bison forever.

I am just really happy that at least John will get his shot at the NFL---one thing for sure is that he won't quit giving it his best.
