Yeah, hopefully this kills all the "homebrew" volunteer talk about how good or not good the app is supposed to be and what can and can't be critiqued.

Here is the scoop....

I've put about $30K into the Bison Tracker app over the last two seasons. I worked with athletics to try and get some funding support last year, but was unable to do so. NDSU (the institution) stepped up this year and provided some funding. It's not enough to make a profit, but is enough to make my financial burden sustainable.

The app is morphing a bit, but I can assure you that NDSU is very supportive of athletics. (Athletics is a division of NDSU after all). Also, it's still the same people building the NDSU app as Bison Tracker... we love the fan features \ tracking aspects.

I would ask that you give us some time to get the new app running and fully featured. Please don't judge it "worthless" on day one. Its a new app and it takes some time to get all our features moved across.

There are some cool new opportunities with our new official backers. The NDSU communications department has 10+ staff that will help produce content for the app this year. They are getting trained right now, so the app is still a bit sparse. But that will change as they come on-line.

Bison Tracker was replaced with the NDSU app.

Ok my kids wanted the yellow and green flashing part of the app this AM. Did this die?????? One of the few things I used and it seems to be gone.

Make sure to update your NDSU app today. A new version with a special Texas tracker/migration has been added.
