Good luck with that. Cyan for Verizon has actually been going backward in development. Could be another two or three months(or more).

It's actually super easy; just download the preview and sign up as a developer (free account). Then your phone will automatically just detect the updates like normal and get you updated.

Is there a trick to being able to sign in on WP8.1? I seem to get thrown into an infinite loop and can never access the app anymore.

You can get Win8.1 if you get the developers preview. But you can't get the Lumia Cyan firmware upgrade. At this rate, we'll be lucky to get Cyan before everybody else gets Denim.

To get 8.1, go to store and search for "preview for developers".

You have the old Bison Tracker. You need to download and install the new version. Go to Store and search for Bison Tracker. You can uninstall the old version or keep them both(not that there's a reason to keep old one).

This is correct. Although I have heard strong rumblings that Denim is coming in January 2015.

Have a Galaxy SII so my problem might be older phone. rarely could get the app to work and almost every time I clicked Frisco link it froze my phone and had to restart it. Was never able to find the check in button and heard that complaint from numerous people.

Yeah I agree you dont need to add a lot of glitz and glamour. Just tracking fans is cool enough for me, focus on that and less on other things that have nothing to do with tracking.

Had the same issues on my Droid Razor. Kept freezing up, dots wouldn't show up or disappeared in migration mode.

IMO get rid of the quiz and the other stuff, I don't know anyone that uses the app for anything other then tracking other fans.

Re the navigation thoughts, if possible create a structure that stays consistent then for ease just add new features down "a list".

Schedule, roster, flasher and tracker. Make those features awesome first. Then worry about the fluff .
