that was just a regular tailgater doing it--wasn't anything related to dome staff were doing. He runs a DJ service on the side and plays music during tailgating every week. Last week he brought some of his DJ lighting and said if we got the night game he would bring out the Bison lights that you're referring to since they would show up in the dark. I think he did it for the night game last year too if I'm not mistaken.
