What's all included financially, if anything, with a PWO? Or is it just a "hey we think you're pretty good but don't have scholarship room for you".

I can't imagine what a tough decision for a kid this is, I do hear that he is in contact with some of the other recruits and seems very solid. He is a huge recruit and would be a great get for this staff.
