    Well... like we said last year when you get to be really good like us, the rest of the conference steps it up a notch, or in YSU's case a couple.

    Can't get complacent as a program right now. We got Youngstown hiring Pelini and Tressel, SDSU getting a new stadium and IPF, Missouri State, Illinois State, and Southern Illinois getting new stadiums. .. USD hiring Joe Glenn and upgrading facilities. And UNI is always good.

    Need to keep the foot on the gas since the competition is really stepping up.

    This is great news for the conference
