Nebraska also got caught, using a very unique scholarship system, that gave them a midwest advantage over virtually anyone else with the exceptions of Michigan and Ohio State who did the same, but never got caught as did Nebraska. Back in the 90's a heavily recruited northern NoDak FB standout "earned" one of those scholarships, only to have it stripped away by the NCAA. Ever since then winning hasnt been quite so easy for the Big Red Machine.

just wait a couple weeks for the formal announcement. There is zero chance of Bohl going there. I don't think he wants that kind of pressure with where he is at in his life. Frost a former Nebraska QB, has been running the Oregon offense. Although Nebraska could surprise most and go for a McDaniels or Schiano.

Yes, this thread can be closed. How many threads do we need on Bohl and Nebraska. There are two other threads related to this topic that are not under NDSU football. Lets use those and by the way, there is plenty of information about Scott Frost in the one thread about Peleni being fired.

No, he is not. His buyout is massive and I know a source that isn't willing to pay that buyout...so your answer is no.

Defensive coordinator under Solich I believe. Nebraska got thrashed (humiliated) in the national championship game against a Miami team that looked like an NFL roster. It was a Miami track meet. There's probably more to it than that...but that was the straw that sent the staff out the door. Correct me if I'm wrong folks.
