I've done my best on a limited budget, but there are road games every year that I just don't go to. Illinois & Missouri are quite a ways away. Pretty nice we've got the South Dakota schools and Iowa within driving distance. Imagine being in the BSC, ugh.

I assume back in the old NCC days it was probably easier on a young roads pocket book with Mankato, UND, St Cloud, Augustana, USD, SDSU. Omaha is a long drive as was Northern Colorado but the Great West and MVC has some long ass trips that probably require(d) airfare like Davis, Poly, Southern Utah, Youngstown, Indiana State, Missouri State, and the Illinois schools. Super spendy. Do/did you drive or fly to them Road?

I have been asked many times over the years what my favorite game was. I never really had an answer until after the first trip to Frisco. No question now, it was the best!

Congrats Road!! That first trip to Frisco was one of my favorite too. Not only because of the 1st Championship, but I got to sit with the famous "roadwarrior" the next morning for breakfast at the hotel.

If I remember correctly, someone turned DjKyRo into a un_ fan the night before with a magic marker.
