Tired/fatigued posts, but not drunk. Plus I'm still working on getting over my bias against NDSU MBB. I've had it since my days there.

I'll just say it: When I was there they were fine with being decent and having a winning record. Seemed like they, meaning staff and players were just "ok" with that. There was never a desire or goal of excellence, and it showed, and it also routinely resulted in never winning the NCC "All Sports" trophy. That bugged the shit out of me, as we as the Football team had done our job.

That is a real low class post. You can disagree without making an unsubstantiated and personal accusation. We (Bisonville and Bison fans) are better than this kind of behavior.

Prior to Tim Miles I would agree. Once he took over, the culture changed.

Minor knee injury suffered in the game at Bismarck Legacy. Could have played.

Watched Eikens last night vs Bismarck High. Didn't really do much until late. Shot and dribbling needs work. Was double teamed a lot whenever he put the ball on the floor. Late in the game when he started driving more, he was pretty unstoppable.

I watched the Jamestown game last Friday night. De'Sean had an ok game. The things I picked up from his is:
    1) Good ball handler
    2) Fluid in his movements
    3) Nice shooting stance
    4) Did not overly force anything
    5) Stayed under control
There was a play when Wanzek from Jamestown had all but a dunk coming and DeSean block the ball from behind at the rim. Impressive play by both players. Williston just did not play well or maybe just did not have much to help him out. But that was the thing that impressed me that he understands there is not a 10 point shot to get back in the game. Stays in control and played within the offense. Jamestown did win big though. Two more years and if this kid continues to improve, he should be a beast on the court.
